Terms of Service
By commissioning web development, content creation, photography, or related services (“Services”), the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Portfolio & Promotional Use: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the service provider (“Provider”) retains the right to display, reproduce, and distribute completed work, in whole or in part, for portfolio, website, marketing, and self-promotional purposes.
Booking, Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is required to secure and finalize any booking, appointment, or photoshoot. No Services will be rendered until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due as outlined in the project agreement or upon delivery of final assets.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled time are subject to a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee. If a deposit has been paid, it may be retained to satisfy this fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Revisions & Scope: The Services include revisions as explicitly stated in the agreed project scope. Requests for additional revisions, changes, or work outside the original scope may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines at the Provider’s discretion.
Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of the Services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced, an appointment has taken place, or digital or physical deliverables have been provided.
Usage Rights & Ownership: All intellectual property rights remain with the Provider until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or modify the work without prior written consent.
Termination: The Provider reserves the right to terminate Services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, fees paid will be retained for work completed.
